Terms Check extracts and explains provisions from published terms and supplied text. Reports are informational, may contain errors, and are not legal advice or a professional legal opinion. Verify source evidence before relying on a report.

Pay per check

The displayed tier price is charged in USDC before processing. There are no subscriptions or automatic upgrades. Unclear and insufficient-information reports are completed, billable outcomes. Failed retrieval or analysis can be retried twice under the original request key at no additional charge. A failed attempt is not an automatic refund. An uncertain settlement must be reconciled before any new payment.

Your inputs

Submit only documents you are authorized to use. Do not send secrets, attempt private-network access, or use the service as a general proxy. Preserve your private request key to retrieve your report. Inputs and results expire after the retention period described in our data handling notice.

Bounded checks

Every tier has document and text limits. Source availability, ambiguous wording, missing related policies and conflicting provisions can limit the answer. Reports describe the retrieved text as checked at a particular time; they do not predict legal outcomes.
